FAQ

What counts as a "build"?

A complete working agent designed for one specific workflow in your practice. Examples: a month-end close email generator, a client onboarding checklist agent, an audit document collection tracker, a tax engagement letter draft generator. If you can describe the workflow in plain language, Yvonne can build the agent.

What does "48 business hours" mean exactly?

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time. Requests submitted Friday after 5 PM CT start counting Monday at 9 AM CT. Major holidays don't count toward the window.

What if I need more than my monthly build limit?

If you need more than 2 builds in a month, grab the Complete Library bundle at $799 for one-time access to all 57+ existing agents, or email us about additional build capacity. One active custom build runs at a time so the output stays clean.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Email us and we'll pause it immediately. Resume when you're ready and pricing locks in at whatever rate you signed up at, including founding rates.

Do I own the agents I build?

Yes. Every agent built for you, by Yvonne or with Yvonne, is yours to use in your practice. You can deploy them, modify them, share them with your team. The agents live in your environment, not on a platform you rent.

What if I'm not satisfied?

100% money-back guarantee within your first 30 days. No questions asked, full refund. After 30 days, pause or cancel anytime and you stop paying immediately.

Are there really only 25 founding member spots?

Yes. The 25 founding seats are shared across both tiers. Once they are gone, the founding rate closes and never reopens. Founding members keep their rate for the life of their subscription, even as standard pricing increases over time.

Do I need to be a current AI for Accounting bundle owner to join?

No. The Pro Membership is open to any practitioner. If you're already a bundle owner, the membership is the natural recurring relationship; if you're new, the membership includes one Pro Bundle of your choice and lets you build a custom library over time.
