What happens in the 15 minutes.

Three short phases. You share, we build or review, you leave with the file or the teardown. No filler.

You show us.

Share the screen. Walk us through the workflow you want automated or the agent you're already running. We ask the sharpest 2–3 questions we can.

We build or review.

Build mode: we assemble the agent live with you. Review mode: we pressure-test your agent's prompt, scope, and guardrails and call the fixes. Your call which.

Step 03

You leave with it.

The agent file (prompt, system instructions, whatever we built), or a one-page teardown of the agent you brought. Either way — something you can use tomorrow.

Bring the prompt, the system instructions, and the use case. We'll pressure-test where it leaks, where it hallucinates, and where the guardrails are loose. Teardown in hand by minute 15.

Option B

A workflow you want automated

Bring the process — reconciliation, 1099 pulls, engagement letters, proposal drafts, client intake. We build one working agent against it live. Agent file delivered after the call.

Questions, answered.

Is this really 15 minutes or is it a sales call in disguise?

Really 15 minutes. We build or review one agent. If a tier we offer comes up naturally — Workshop, Sprint — we'll mention it once at the end. The 15 minutes are for the agent, not the pitch.

What if my workflow is too big for one agent?

Most are. That's why we pick the smallest version we can build together in 10 minutes. You leave with one working piece, and a clear map of the next 3–5 agents that would complete it. Use the map, or don't.

Do I need to know how to prompt already?

No. Bring the process; we'll bring the prompt. If you do know how to prompt, bring what you've got and we'll sharpen it.

What tools / platforms do you build on during the call?

Whatever you're already using. Claude, ChatGPT, a Zapier / Make chain, Lovable, n8n. If your firm has a preferred stack, we stay inside it. If you don't have one yet, we'll pick the shortest path for your one agent.

Can I bring a teammate to the call?

One firm per slot. Bring a teammate if they're the person who will actually run the agent — otherwise it stretches the 15 minutes and nobody leaves with anything.

What if I need more than 15 minutes?

Then we'll point you at the Workshop or the Sprint near the end of the call — those are the tiers designed for depth. This one is just the door.
